We are hiring men, women, and couples for warehouse work in Poland.
✅ APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Valid Croatian residence permit (must be valid for at least 4 more months from the date of application)
Age: 18 – 45 years
English language proficiency: minimum level B1–B2
📄 MANDATORY DOCUMENTATION (Applications without complete documentation will not be considered):
- Copy of Croatian residence permit
- Copy of passport
- Copy of visa sticker from the passport
- PDF CV (resume) clearly showing work experience in Croatia
💰 SALARY & WORKING HOURS:
Net hourly rate: between €5.00 and €6.00, depending on tax status and documentation
Working schedule:
5 days per week
10 hours per day (may be extended to 11 hours)
200–210 hours/month (without overtime)
210–250 hours/month (with overtime)
Unpaid break: 45 minutes per day
One hot meal per workday is provided by the employer
Overtime possible with prior coordinator approval
🛠 JOB DUTIES:
Receiving and storing goods
Picking items and packing orders
Sorting goods by order and destination
Labeling and preparing packages for shipment
🏗 WORKING CONDITIONS:
Indoor environment, room temperature
No heavy lifting (max. item weight: 2 kg)
Mostly active work (standing or walking)
No hazardous or harmful factors
Full compliance with safety regulations
👕 WORK CLOTHING:
Personal clothing required (long pants and covered shoulders are mandatory)
The employer provides a reflective vest and safety shoes (cost: 100 PLN, deducted from first salary)
🏠 ACCOMMODATION (arranged by the agency, paid by the worker):
Cost: 400 PLN (approx. €93) per month
Accommodation in houses or apartments
Rooms for 2–5 people (single beds)
Bedding, pillows, and linens provided
Kitchens with basic utensils
Washing machines and Wi-Fi available
Grocery stores nearby
Subsidy of 100 PLN (approx. €23) available for private accommodation (rental contract required)
🚍 TRANSPORT:
Organized transport to the warehouse
Cost: 200 PLN (approx. €47) per month
